This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies studioideago.com uses, what they are for, and how you can accept them, reject them or change your choice at any time.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device when you visit it. We also use your browser's local storage, a similar technology, to remember your cookie choice. In this policy we call both "cookies".
2. Who Is Responsible
The party responsible for the use of cookies is Ignacio Hernández García (Studio Ideago), Calle Aurelio Espinosa 1, 39012 Santander, Spain, email info@studioideago.com. Full details and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.
3. Cookies We Use
Only necessary cookies are set without your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded until you accept them in the banner.
| Cookie | Type | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ideago_consent | Studio Ideago (local storage) | 12 months | Stores your cookie choice so we don't ask you on every visit. | |
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | 30 minutes | Protects the site against bots and malicious traffic. | |
wordpress_*, wp-settings-* | WordPress | Session / 1 year | Only for administrators who log in to the content management system. Not set for visitors. | |
_ga | Google Analytics 4 | 2 years | Distinguishes visitors to produce site usage statistics. | |
_ga_N8105SY42R | Google Analytics 4 | 2 years | Keeps the analytics session state. | |
hubspotutk | HubSpot | 6 months | Identifies the visitor so their visits can be linked to the forms they submit. | |
__hstc | HubSpot | 6 months | Records visits (first, last and current) to understand the interests of people who contact us. | |
__hssc | HubSpot | 30 minutes | Counts page views in the current session. | |
__hssrc | HubSpot | Session | Detects a browser restart to start a new session. |
4. How Consent Works
- Before you choose, no analytics or marketing tool is loaded.
- Accept enables analytics and marketing cookies. Reject keeps only the necessary ones. In Settings you can accept each category separately.
- We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic form: Google Analytics is only loaded and only receives data if you accept analytics cookies.
- We keep your choice for 12 months. After that we will ask you again.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use.
5. Analytics Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the site is used: pages visited, visit duration, traffic sources and conversions such as a form submission. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
You can also block Google Analytics on every site with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Marketing Cookies
We use HubSpot, provided by HubSpot Ireland Limited, as our CRM. If you accept marketing cookies, HubSpot records the pages you visit and, if you later contact us or subscribe, links those visits to your contact record. This helps us understand which services interest you and reply better. Our HubSpot account data is hosted in the European Union.
We do not use social media pixels or third-party advertising cookies on this site.
7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Besides the banner, you can delete or block cookies in your browser. If you block all cookies, some site features may stop working.
8. International Transfers
Google, HubSpot and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area through their US parent companies. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which they are certified, and by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Updates to This Policy
We will update this policy if we change the tools we use or if the law changes. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the page.
